Our Summit-tier craftsmanship warranty covers installation defects — improper fastening, flashing failures, valley issues, and similar workmanship-related causes — for 25 years, fully transferable at resale. It operates alongside, not instead of, the manufacturer's material warranty. All exclusions are listed in plain language in the warranty document you receive before signing any contract.
Most single-family residential replacements complete in 1–2 full working days. Larger or structurally complex projects may require 3 days. We don't start a project we can't close in the scheduled window. If extraordinary weather occurs, we deploy temporary protection and communicate a revised schedule immediately.
